The entities discussed in these terms of service are as follows:

UTAU French Resources, referred to hereafter as “UFR”, and
valshamr, referred to hereafter as “voice provider”.

The Download provided on this site, herein defined as “LYSE”, is only to be used under the following guidelines. All base voice rights belong to the voice provider and usage and distribution rights may be revoked at the voice provider’s discretion.

“LYSE” is a character and voice database for the DiffSinger AI training system.
This Terms of Service document will detail the permissions separately for both usage of the character and voice database.

1. Usage of the character “LYSE”

• “LYSE” may not be used for commercial purposes without prior permission by UFR.
• You may post works created using “LYSE” without prior permission as long as proper credit detailed below is given.
  See details below regarding the rights of revoking consent in case of sensible content.
• Usage of image material commissioned by UFR from third parties of the character must be credited properly.

2. Usage of the voice database “LYSE”

• All base voice rights belong to the voice provider and usage and distribution rights may be revoked at the voice provider’s discretion. Changes from the voice provider to the terms of service of the usage of their voice overrule terms provided by UFR. This decision can be made at the voice provider’s discretion without permission by UFR.
• “LYSE” may not be used for commercial purposes without prior permission by the voice provider and UFR
• “LYSE” may not be used for the production of AI projects of unwilling parties.
• “LYSE” may not be ported to other software without prior permission from the voice provider.
• Hosting of “LYSE” outside of the project site without prior permission is not permitted.
• You may post works created using “LYSE” without prior permission as long as proper credit detailed below is given.

UFR and the voice provider reserve the right, but not the obligation, to revoke consent of the usage of “LYSE” at their own discretion, including misuse falling under common sense guidelines of offensive, derogatory and exploitative content.
UFR and the voice provider further reserve the right to determine whether or not such content is appropriate and complies with the permissions given in this document, and refuse usage or demand removal of such content.

UFR and the voice provider reserve the right to revoke the distribution of “LYSE” and usage permissions given in this document at their discretion.
Association between UFR and “LYSE” with the current voice provider may be revoked at the parties’ discretion.

UFR and the voice provider reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time.
By using “LYSE” you agree to the terms detailed in this document.
